Trellis · ABM, run in the open

ABM at scale. Minus the black box.

Lead Line Partners runs your ABM at scale: account-based marketing, where we work whole accounts and several people at each. Trellis shows you the work, from the first account to the last reply. Nothing sends until your executive or our team approves it.

01One place

One place, from first account to last reply.

Our team finds the accounts. You choose which ones we work.

  1. Ours · outside Trellis

    We find accounts that fit.

Our team searches for companies that match your profile, with our own tooling. Each one reaches Radar with why we picked it and the dated signals behind it.

  2. Yours · in Trellis

You choose which ones we work.

Each card carries a tier, 1, 2 or 3, and why. Approve it and we start work. Decline it, and the reason reaches our next search. Nothing arrives pre-approved.

Ours · you see it in Trellis

    We map the buying team.

We research who works there and the part each person plays in a purchase. Before anyone is written to, we check they still work there.

  3. Ours, then yours

We write it. You read it.

Each person gets a sequence: their emails in order, branches included. In Copy Review you can read each one word for word and fix what's wrong.

  4. Both

Then it runs, and you watch, with Trellis.

Launch takes one more yes, from your executive or our team. After that, replies and calls land in the same workspace where you approved the work.

02After send

You hit send. Then what?

Every kind of answer has a place to land.

  1. The answer comes back to Trellis.

Replies and bounces land on the person's timeline, next to the emails that went out. In Inbox, each person is one thread.

  2. A reply stops that person's emails.

It also pauses them in every other campaign for your company, until someone resumes them by hand. An out-of-office reply doesn't stop anything.

    An unsubscribe blocks the address.

An unsubscribe or a hard bounce blocks that address for your workspace. A soft bounce is only stored, so nobody's blocked on a guess.

  3. Someone on your team may know them.

Upload your LinkedIn connections and Trellis matches them against your target accounts. A warm path shows up on Today, and nothing is sent from it.

  4. Next morning, it's on Today.

Today lists the replies that came in, under the decisions waiting on you. Nobody has to forward you anything.

03A team on one account

A selling team for a buying team.

A sequencer works through a list of people. Trellis puts your whole team on one account.

A reply stops that person's emails and opens a thread for your BDR.

  1. Every step names its sender.

Demand Gen opens the account. Your BDR follows up. Later, your Sales Director steps in. Each step in the sequence says which seat sends it.

  2. Seniority writes to seniority.

Your Sales Director writes to their VP, and your BDR to the managers. A sending rule can limit a seat to vice presidents and above.

    Triggers move the account along.

No reply sends the next step, and a reply opens a thread your BDR picks up. A new signal can bring the next seat in. An email opened twice moves the account to your Sales Director, and a booked meeting hands it off.

  3. Demand Gen opens by phone.

Demand Gen opens the account by phone. Calls are made from the browser and recorded when the rep presses record. Each one lands on the person's timeline.

  4. Do not contact stops every seat.

A do-not-contact entry stops every seat at once, whichever step the person was on.

The whole account on one timeline.

Emails, LinkedIn steps and calls from every seat land on the account's timeline. Whoever picks up the reply sees what the team already said.

04Every channel

Every channel in one sequence.

Each call stays with the person it was made to.

  1. Your team's names on every channel.

Outbound runs under your own sellers' names and seats, a digital twin of each one, across email, LinkedIn steps and calls. Lead Line Partners builds and manages the outbound infrastructure behind them. The calls themselves are still your reps' own.

  2. It starts with email.

Each sequence opens with email, on the schedule Trellis sets. You see every step in Copy Review before launch.

LinkedIn steps sit in the sequence.

LinkedIn steps sit inside the same sequence, between the emails. Each one is a task for someone on your team, so nobody has to check another tool for what's next.

  3. Your reps call from the browser.

Each rep calls from Trellis on a number assigned to them. Press Record and the transcript starts on the rep's screen. The AI may add a short cue beside it, such as the next question to ask.

  4. Recording waits for the rep.

Nothing records until the rep presses Record. After the call, the recording sits on the person's timeline, next to the emails.

    One reply stops every channel.

A reply takes the person out of the whole sequence, LinkedIn steps included. A do-not-contact entry holds on email, LinkedIn and the phone alike.

05Your day

Your day opens on what needs you.

Heat climbs from Cold to On fire, and fades back down.

  1. Decisions sit at the top.

An account to approve, a person's emails to review. Today puts what's waiting on you first, and you settle each one on the row.

  2. Then who replied.

Below the decisions come the newest replies, and any warm path into an account you're working.

    Heat shows who's warming up.

Each person in a sequence carries a heat: Cold, Warm, Hot or On fire. A booked meeting counts most. Heat fades as signals age.

  3. A mail scanner isn't interest.

An open right after a send is usually a mail scanner, so it scores nothing. Opens are capped each day, so repeats can't run up a score.

    Every change has a reason.

When someone's heat changes, Trellis writes down why. Nothing tunes itself: our team sets the levels for your workspace, and you pick how fast heat fades.

06Where the AI stops

Codified where it helps. Human where it counts.

Nothing goes out until a person says yes.

  1. We draft with AI.

Our team writes each person's emails with AI, outside Trellis, and reads every draft before it reaches you.

  2. One approval covers one person.

Approve a person's emails in Copy Review and nobody else's are touched. Change one after approving it, and it goes back to awaiting review.

  3. Launch asks twice.

Launch takes one more yes, from your executive or our team, and asks for it twice. It also approves any email nobody has decided on yet.

    Do-not-contact beats every approval.

A do-not-contact entry beats every approval, your executive's included. Before anything goes out, every person is checked against the list again.

  4. The AI sums up an account.

Open an account and it says where things stand and what's been done there. Then it suggests what comes next. Every number in it is worked out by our code first.

It sums up a person, too.

Open a person and ask for a summary. It draws only on what's already in your workspace.

  5. It gives the rep cues on a call.

During a recorded call, the AI may show the rep a short cue. Only the rep sees it, and the rep decides what to say.

It suggests how the call went.

After the call, the AI writes a short summary and suggests an outcome. The outcome the rep logs always wins.

  6. The AI in Trellis can't send.

It can't send a message or approve one, and it can't place a call. It can't change who's in a sequence either.
