How it works · One account, five steps

What happens to one account.

Every account we propose takes this path. Our team does the work at each step, and you check it at the steps marked yours.

01Radar

We propose an account.

Each one waits on Radar for a decision.

  1. Ours

    It arrives with its reasons.

Our team finds accounts that fit you and puts each one on Radar. The card says why we picked it and why it got its tier, with dated signals below.

  2. Yours

    You rule on each card.

Approve it and we start work, or hold it while you think. Declining asks for a reason, and that reason reaches our next search.

    Yours

    Nothing arrives pre-approved.

Every account lands on Radar waiting for a decision. If our team approves one for you, Trellis records who did it and when.

02Research and drafts

Our team writes the emails.

Once you approve an account, the research and the writing are ours.

  1. Ours

    We map who buys.

We research who works there and the part each plays in a purchase. Each line on the team chart carries a confidence mark, and a source where we have one.

    Ours

Then we check they still work there.

A job title from a database isn't proof someone still works there. So we check before anyone is written to, on our side, outside Trellis.

  2. Both

Look for a warm path in.

Upload your LinkedIn connections, or have a teammate share theirs from a one-time link. Trellis matches them to your target accounts, and nothing is sent from a match.

  3. Ours

Then we draft each person's emails.

We write them from the research, with AI, and read every draft before it reaches you. Each person gets a sequence: their emails in order, branches included.

03Copy Review and launch

Each email is yours to read first.

One approval covers one person. Launch takes one more yes.

  1. Yours

    Read it word for word.

Copy Review shows each person's whole sequence, branches included. Fix any email in place. Change one after approving it, and the sequence goes back to awaiting review.

  2. Both

Launch asks for one more yes.

It comes from your executive or our team, and Trellis asks for it twice. That yes also approves any email nobody has decided on yet, so Trellis doesn't make anyone read every email before launch.

    Trellis

    The list is checked again.

Before anything goes out, every person is checked against the do-not-contact list again. Once a person's sequence is running, their copy locks.

04After send

Then the replies come in.

A reply pauses that person everywhere, until someone resumes them.

  1. Both

    Each person is one thread.

Replies land in Inbox, one thread per person, next to the emails that went out. Answer from the thread, and your reply goes from the same sending address.

  2. Trellis

    A reply pauses them everywhere.

A reply that isn't an out-of-office takes the person out of that sequence. It pauses them in every other one for your company, too.

    Yours

    A missed out-of-office is fixable.

If a reply was really an out-of-office, mark it so. The person goes back into the sequences it stopped, unless they're on the do-not-contact list.

  3. Both

    The account keeps one timeline.

Emails and calls from every seat land on the account's timeline, with LinkedIn steps between them. Your reps call from the browser, on numbers assigned to them. Once a rep presses Record, the AI may put short cues on their screen.

05Scoring

Heat, and what moves it.

Each person in a sequence carries a heat: Cold, Warm, Hot or On fire.

  1. Yours to read

    Changes show up on Today.

When someone warms up or cools down, they appear under Score changes on Today. Trellis writes down why each change happened.

  2. Trellis

    A booked meeting counts most.

A booked meeting holds someone at Hot for a while, unless a later no releases them sooner. Heat fades as signals age.

    Trellis

    Scoring starts with the sequence.

Nobody is scored before they enter a sequence. Opens are capped each day, and an open right after a send counts for nothing.

  3. Ours, then yours

    People set the levels.

Our team sets where each level starts for your workspace. You pick how fast heat fades, from three presets. Nothing tunes itself.

    Trellis

    A summary lands on Mondays.

A short summary arrives by email and in Trellis. It carries the biggest account changes and a count of the decisions waiting on you.

We'll walk you through a workspace.

And show you what getting started looks like.

Tell us who you sell to, and we'll say if we're not a fit.
